Meet the CEO
Ama L Baltimore is the founder of FTLOL and as the owner, has many years of experience in all aspects of hair and scalp care.
Ama is a licensed cosmetologist, Certified Holistic Trichologist, Certified Hair Loss Practitioner and has been practicing hair care for the last 15 years. As a born teacher, she has trained and mentored many who work in this industry and in particular continues to personally train all those who work with FTLOL to bring your hair dreams to reality.

Charity is from Zambia. Growing up in a culture dense with beauty, her passion for all things hair developed naturally surrounded by Aunties and Grandma's who'd lay her across their laps and cornrow her hair.
From bantu knots, to box braids, to twists, to sew ins and most recently, locs, her aim is to provide you with an excellent service for your Crown.
